Horrible footage has emerged of one polar bear in Russia being fed explosives.
The bear was enticed to the Russian military base on Wrangel Island by the cook, who lured the bear and her cub with food – that had explosives hidden in it.
The video then shows the bear left in agony on the ground, with blood pouring from its nose.
Experts who have seen the footage claim the bear will have tragically died, and it’s now thought that her cub has been left orphaned.
Since the footage emerged, there have been strong calls for the chef to be prosecuted – and if the law doesn’t catch up with him, we hope karma does.
