Kendall Jenner’s list of controversies is ever growing, this time, she’s come under fire for her recent post which appeared to show her wearing a fur coat.

The penultimate Kardashian sister’s recent fashion choice is drawing all the wrong attention, angering animal activists across the globe.

The 22-year-old model wore the fur coat at a runway show by Dsquared2 at Milan Fashion Week on Monday.

Kendall then uploaded a photo from backstage to her Instagram with the caption: ‘this coat’ – which led to her receiving a strong backlash.

Jenner has received so many negative comments on the photo, she’s chosen to disable comments on Instagram.

While it’s unclear whether the coat is made out of real animal fur, activists have accused Jenner of promoting the fur industry and increasing demand of a market based on the abuse of animals.

Though a huge responsibility lies on Dsquared2 for manufacturing the coat, critics are arguing Jenner is complicit for promoting the coat, despite knowing about its material.

One commenter wrote:

Stop using fur Kendall! So many fashion brands had chosen to use faux fur instead of real fur and you’ve chosen to model for the one that encourages animal killing! You’re better than this!

Another commenter wrote:

Whether people say its the designers fault for making it (it mainly is), she knew full well it was real and therefore is promoting the product.

Kendall is yet to respond to the barrage of anger she’s received.

Kendall’s portfolio of controversy also includes the painful-to-watch Pepsi advert when she appropriated racial struggles.

As Jenner ‘steps down’ from her privileged throne and wipes the lipstick from her mouth as if to signify she’s about to get her hands dirty, it’s hard to know whether to laugh or cry (I went for an ugly combination of both).

Each scene trivialises racial and political struggles more than the last and the Internet was quick to pick up on the cashing-in of the extremely significant #BlackLivesMatter movement.

The moment when a professional nobody hands the can of cool cola to the officer, signifying a moment of peace and harmony, is enough to make everyone shudder.

Aside from the advert, there was also the time she appropriated the work of ballet dancers.

When will she learn?
