People across the world have been up in arms about the social media veteran being notoriously shy since news emerged that she was apparently expecting.
There was the Instagram silence, then the baggy, oversized t-shirts – a whole heap of giveaways in the eyes of the public – but zero confirmation.
The reason might be pretty simple, according to a source.
They told US Weekly:
She’s very happy about the pregnancy but she doesn’t want to share this with the world. Her not being out is strictly personal preference. She wants to keep this one aspect of her life private.
I suppose Jenner has been on TV her entire life, and for a lot of women pregnancy can be incredibly conflicting and uncomfortable. Could it just be that she doesn’t want the memories logged on video for the rest of her life?
Or maybe she’s just not pregnant at all and is just baiting the entire media and fandom. I think I’d much prefer that, if I’m being honest.
The source added:
She spent her adolescent life on television and has been famous for over 10 years now. If this is the first thing she wants to keep to herself, she should be allowed that. She’s worked hard enough to do whatever she wants.
If you knew Kylie – she can be very stubborn. When she makes her decisions, she sticks by them. This is a decision she made early on in her pregnancy and she’s sticking by it.
Kylie isn’t going to publicly address her pregnancy until she gives birth. She’s not doing any public appearances and just wanted to take six months off.
Kylie Jenner controls a multimillion dollar company and was listed as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 for Retail and Ecommerce – all of which came prior to her 21st birthday.
You’ve got to hand it to her, regardless of whether you’re a fan of her or her unborn baby.
