The breakdown of Chris Pratt’s marriage with Anna Faris was no different. Amid an amicable separation – and despite releasing individual statements – the parents of five-year-old Jack, have been subject to a lot of speculation.
One woman embroiled in the churning rumour mill is Office Christmas Party star, Olivia Munn and she’s having absolutely none of it.
37-year-old Olivia wrote to Anna, saying:
Hey there! Sooo… I would never respond to random tabloid stories, but since we know each other I wanted to reach out to you personally to tell you the story about me and Chris dating has 0% truth.
I’m sure you already know it’s not true, or maybe didn’t care either way, but I just wanted to reach out personally to tell you it’s not true.
Anyway, I hope you had an amazing holiday and an even better 2018.

Oh my god-this town is so f*cking crazy – you are so sweet to text – I love you – having said that if you were my new sister in law I would be thrilled – let’s please catch up soon.
GettyMunn also shared a series of posts on her Instagram Story, writing:
1. Not every woman is scorned and upset after a breakup.
2. Not every woman is ‘furious’ at another woman for dating her ex.
3. So even if I was dating @prattprattpratt, some tabloids got me and @annafaris all wrong.
4. Women respect and love each other a lot more than some people like to think.
5. Chris and I would have a horrible celebrity name: Crolivia, Prunn, Chrisivia, Olipratt.
Gossip tabloids had speculated Pratt and Munn were dating after the pair dined together, according to Entertainment Tonight, who apparently failed to realise members of the opposite sex can have dinner together while remaining completely platonic. Who knew?
The co-workers were friends before they both appeared on The Late Late Show with James Corden back in December, which saw them talking nudity clauses and John Oliver.
Pratt, who stars in Guardians of the Galaxy, filed for divorce from The House Bunny actress in December.
Anna and Chris jointly announced their separation in August, after eight years of marriage.
Sources also say 40-year-old Faris and Pratt, 38, are determined to remain devoted parents to their son Jack and have asked, for his sake, people allow the two to keep their privacy.

Pratt and Faris made the joint announcement on social media saying:
We are sad to announce we are legally separating. We tried hard for a long time and we’re really disappointed.
We still have love for each other, will always cherish our time together and continue to have the deepest respect for one another.
Columbia PicturesAt the time of the announcement, Pratt’s Passengers co-star, Jennifer Lawrence was cited as one of the reasons for the couple’s breakup by sexist gossips who called her a ‘homewrecker’ – a damaging and unfair label based on literally zero evidence.
Let’s hope Olivia’s announcement makes people think twice before jumping to ridiculous conclusions.
