The news was revealed by Johansson’s publicist who told AP of their engagement, although no wedding date has been set yet.
PA ImagesThis wedding will be Scarlett’s third marriage, having previously been wed to Ryan Reynolds between 2008 and 2011, and then journalist Romain Dauriac, who she shares a child with. The wedding will be actor and comedian Jost’s first marriage.
The Hollywood couple have gone from strength to strength since Scarlett appeared on Saturday Night Live in spring 2017. While most people wrote their romance off as just being a one-time thing, their dates quickly turned into a relationship and proved everyone wrong, TMZ reports.
PA ImagesRecently, they were spotted enjoying a break in Argentina where reports commented on how their relationship seemed to be getting serious.
And, it seems as though they were right as the pair will now tie the knot. Congratulations!
