This man has insured his penis for an unbelievable £12million and it’s one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard.
Most of us are all aware of Kim Kardashian’s insured ass but your average ‘non-celebrity’ slapping a price tag over their private parts is not your everyday venture.
For male stripper Lotan Carter though, it’s an essential requirement to secure his manhood and protect it from damage, according to the Metro.
Lotan is about to head into the Big Brother house on Monday, as the new series starts up – yes, it’s that time of year again – and is taking no chances where his secret weapon is concerned.
He reckons his job can be pretty ‘hazardous’ – especially if an audience member gets a bit keen during his routine – and could potentially put his most prized-possession in grave danger.
As a result, Lotan has taking out a hefty insurance policy, so that if anything hideous happens to his moneymaker, he won’t lose his livelihood.
It first came into public knowledge when four years ago, his then girlfriend – Tanya Bailey – told Real Life magazine Lotan had taken out the pricey policy.
The Sun reports she told them:
Listen babe, one of the lads at work had an accident.
A fan grabbed his tackle a bit too hard and he’s had to take two weeks off work.
[Lotan] said, ‘We’ve had to take out insurance on our members. Now my willy’s worth £12million!’
Not only that, but his penis is also at risk in the bedroom too, so I guess taking this sort of precaution before entering the Big Brother den can only be a wise move.
Lotan – who’s uncle is famous dancer Louis Spence – is part of the Dreamboys troupe who visit theatres and clubs across the world, stripping down for hardcore fans.
Once he’s inside the watchful lair, Lotan hopes to change the public’s attitudes and views towards strippers, which is a very noble thing to do.
He said:
I want to lay it all bare and put myself through the test in this unique and intense experience.
If you fancy seeing how Lotan ‘lays it all bare’, tune in to the new series of Big Brother on Channel at at 8:30pm on Monday June 5th.
