Travis Scott/Instagram/GettyUnless you’ve been living under a rock for the last week, you’ll have probably heard how Alabama has passed a bill pretty much outlawing all abortions in the state without the exception of rape or incest.
The southern state has joined the likes of Ohio, Missouri and Georgia in passing the strict conservative legislation and people all over the world have begun coming out in protest against the pro-life law.
Celebrities including Lady Gaga, Reese Witherspoon and Rihanna have spoken out against laws, which have been branded an ‘attack on women’s fundamental rights.’

Now, Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner have weighed in on the debate by revealing all the merchandise profits from Travis’ recent gig in Alabama will go to Planned Parenthood.
Kylie took to Instagram to share a picture of the 25 men who signed to pass the bill, telling her 136 million follows, saying the sight of them ‘makes [her] sick.’
She followed the post up with a story revealing Travis’ decision, writing:
Travis Scott is donating all his merch profits from Hangout Fest 2019 to Planned Parenthood organizations in support of women in Alabama.
Kylie Jenner/InstagramTravis also announced the news of his donation to the crowd while on stage on Friday, telling them:
I want to just donate my net profits from my merch today to Planned Parenthood. We feel for those out in Alabama. I love y’all. I just wanted you to know that love is the strongest feeling we have.
Travis isn’t the first celebrity to take a public stand against the new laws, as Ozark star Jason Bateman revealed he’d boycott Georgia – where similar law have just been passed.
PA ImagesBateman plays the lead role in the Netflix series, which is filmed in the southern state, but insists he won’t work in the state if the so-called ‘Heartbeat Bill’ goes ahead.
He told The Hollywood Reporter:
If the ‘Heartbeat Bill’ makes it through the court system, I will not work in Georgia, or any other state, that is so disgracefully at odds with women’s rights.
As it stands, the ‘Heartbeat Bill’ is set to go into effect on January, 1, but it is expected to be challenged in court. The legislation bans abortions after a fetus’ heartbeat can be detected, which can happen as early as six weeks after conception.
Thank god women and men alike are standing up for the women who will be affected by these archaic laws.
