Kylie Jenner is nothing if not a hair colour chameleon and wig connoisseur… Literally. There’s not a whole lot more to Ky and her Kosmetics.

The 19-year-old self-titled baby boss has hair as ever changing as the weather during a British summer – which, in a damning indictment of her brand, is literally the most interesting thing about Kylie Jenner on social media.

Kylie’s curated existence leaves many of her devotees concerning themselves with what is ‘real’ about her appearance and what, on the contrary, she has injected, dyed, plumped, preened and paid for with her largely inherited millions – you know, the Big Questions.

But now, Kylie has offered her Snapchat followers a glimpse of her natural hair and everyone’s treating this event like a rare sighting of a newly discovered creature on Planet Earth II.

Giving the social media sheeple what they want, Kylie took us all on a tour of her new ‘glam room’ – her words, not mine – sans weave.

Donning the obligatory dog Snapchat filters, Kylie showed off her wealth, courtesy of a little thing called nepotism, her new room and her ‘crazy’ hair.

‘My hair is just crazy,’ said the 19-year-old, much to the shock and horror of people who can’t tell the difference between social media and reality.

Cue Internet Detectives trolling Kylie and her natural hair:

And cue me realising that Damian from Mean Girls was right all along:

If you can stomach the Snapchats preceding her ‘glam room’ tour – featuring pictures of plates of food, of course – you can see what all the fuss and bother is about for yourself.

The ‘offending’ clip begins after 20 seconds in the video below:

This is by no means the first time one of the Kardashian klan has come under fire for their appearance. Last week, Kim Kardashian lost 100,000 followers on Instagram because she dared to bare her un-photoshopped body in a bikini.

We – as a society – created these social media creatures. Some blindly bolster them to fame and fortune, while others cruelly tear them down.

So, when are we going to realise that their activities on social media are ours for the ignoring?
