Weddings are – if nothing else – the perfect excuse to spend whatever you want on a pair of shoes. So why wouldn’t you be taking full advantage of that when given the chance?!
Which is why I can’t understand, on any level, why anyone would want to wear Crocs on the most magical day of their life. Like, I get that they’re comfy and everything but come on. Really?!
Apparently though, wedding Crocs are a thing and exist in a range of different colours and sequins – guaranteed to give you a bit of sparkle on your big day.
The shoes are being sold on Etsy via Princess Pumps, and can be found under the store’s bridal collection alongside some other sequinned shoes.

As can be expected with wedding shoes, the Crocs don’t come cheap and are currently being sold for £79.09. Which, in fairness, is probably relatively cheap in context.
If you’d rather not spend your wedding day in Crocs though, but still want a bit of the ole’ comfort, some Spring/Summer Crocs now exist and they’re here to stay.
A collaboration with Beams, the designers at Croc HQ came up with a range of different styles – including shoes which have tassles, visors and actual bum bags on them. Which, y’know, is outgoing to say the least.
The bags, attached to the ankle strap of the classic Croc, are just about big enough to hold your keys but too small to hold literally anything else inside them.

I mean, it’s fair to say no-one would miss you in those. So if you’re heading to a festival or somewhere equally busy where you don’t want to get lost, take these. I guess?
You could even take it one step further and wear these bad boys as you walk down the aisle, but you might risk the groom doing a runner before you reach the altar. So maybe not…
The collection went live on Friday April 19, just in time for the bank holiday weekend and in time for everyone’s mates to take the piss out of them for wearing them.
