Their on-screen chemistry sizzled in A Star Is Born, and their electric duet at the Oscars set Twitter alight.

Could you even imagine if the dream team that is Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga were to do a full live show together? I don’t even know if we could handle it…

Warner Bros.

However, this is clearly a prospect which delights Cooper, who made some very intriguing comments about the prospect of a live show with Gaga while chatting with Ellen DeGeneres.

DeGeneres quizzed Cooper about whether he would ever consider touring with Gaga to promote the movie’s hit soundtrack.

Sadly, Cooper didn’t seem too keen to go on tour. However, he did make a very interesting remark about the potential for a live reading of the movie, which will no doubt delight those who just can’t get enough of A Star Is Born.

Cooper said:

I mean, no. But you know what I thought would be a cool thing to do, maybe one night, is do a live reading of the movie, of the script and sing all the songs as you’re reading the script, like at the Hollywood Bowl or something. That would be cool, right?

Unlike Gaga, Cooper didn’t have too much singing experience prior to this movie, but he took to it like a duck to water.

Speaking to DeGeneres, Cooper recalled their now iconic Oscars duet:

The Oscars was pretty terrifying, It was crazy. I actually wasn’t nervous because I worked so hard and Lady Gaga’s so supportive. But it was terrifying, absolutely, because I’m not a singer and I didn’t sing before this movie so it was really crazy.

But it just shows that if you do work really hard and you’re with supportive people that you can do things that you never dreamed was possible. Because I do think with the Oscar thing, people will never watch the movie again if this is bad. Like, ‘they can’t do it’.

It was one of those things where this has to be great. It felt great.

Cooper appears to have got the singing bug, and now we just need Gaga on board. We haven’t heard from her whether this would be a possibility, but her admiration for her co-star’s musical abilities is evident.

Taking to Instagram following their glorious Golden Globe win in January, Gaga said:

I didn’t get to say everything I wanted to say last night when we won, I was so overcome with emotion and of course wanted to share the mic with my co-writers.

We are all so grateful Bradley loved ‘Shallow’, sang his heart out live, and truly the song would not be revered as it is without the brilliant film and moment Bradley created and the way he directed the moment and collaborated with us on how it would eventually be given to the world.

Thank you B, and thank you Warner Bros. Thank you HFPA, we are beyond grateful.

Oh Bradley, you tease. When is this live reading coming out and where can I get tickets?!
