She’s also super rich and super famous. And – in her own words – she’s still single.
During the promotional tour for her upcoming film, Long Shot, in which she plays a presidential candidate whose childhood sweetheart – played by Seth Rogan – finally shoots his shot, Theron told a reporter she’s keen for someone to ‘step up’ and ask her out.
Speaking words in the hearts of so many looking for love, she dubbed herself ‘shockingly’ single.
Citing the film title, she joked with Entertainment Tonight:
I’ve been single for 10 years, it’s not a long shot. Somebody just needs to grow a pair and step up. I’m shockingly available.
Rogen confirmed his co-star is ‘out there’ on the dating scene, as Theron chimed in to say she’s ‘made it very clear’ she’s ready for love.
The actor’s last public long-term relationship was with Irish actor Stuart Townsend, 46, whom she met on the set of the 2002 film, Trapped, a very early-noughties crime thriller film starring Courtney Love and Kevin Bacon.
Theron and Townsend broke up in 2010.

Soon thereafter, the 43-year-old started dating Sean Penn, 58, in December 2013, and announced her engagement to him the following year, though they split in 2015.
So, the claim she’s been single for a decade might not ring quite true but, hell, those long cold winter nights alone in your LA mansion can really drag on…

PAMeanwhile, she’s had some rather bad luck with a couple of puppies on the promo tour, the evidence of which she shared to the Gram last week.
Theron shared a photo of herself covering her chest as a couple of pups play-fought in her arms, claiming one ‘bit [her] boob off’.
