As we head into the end of March the Game of Thrones marketing team have released one more trailer to remind us all that our lives aren’t really complete until we know who will sit on the Iron Throne.
Thrones of course isn’t like ordinary shows, in a normal TV programme main characters don’t die every other episode ( except in Eastenders) and this trailer teases a very tense season with a less than happy ending for a lot of our favourite Westerosians.
Perhaps most spookily we get more of Bran’s meeting with the Night’s King, which many believed would turn out to be a dream, but here we see that the pair do have a more physical interaction. Even if it does turn out to be Warg prophecy I can’t imagine being touched by Frosty the undead snowman will do much for your psyche.
Most interestingly though this short 30 second teaser is pretty much Jon-less, has the 998th commander of The Night’s Watch really popped his clogs or is this just misdirection from the series producers?
Whatever happens I know I’m excited to head back to Westeros on April 24 when the show returns both in the U.S. and the UK!
