Here’s a question for you: do you enjoy randomly bursting out into song, regardless of where you are, singing into a hairbrush while playing Beyoncé on repeat?
If the answer’s a resounding ‘yes’, there’s no doubt you were an avid Glee watcher while it was on telly. After all, that’s basically what the show was all about.
Which means you’ll definitely be a fan of Netflix’s latest announcement – all six seasons of Glee will be available on the streaming service as of next month.
Netflix made the announcement earlier today (May 23), posting an entire list of TV shows and films which will be gracing our screens come June.
Perhaps the one that’s got people the most excited though is the announcement that every single season of Glee will be available on the streaming service next month.
To break it down, the hit US musical comedy-drama television series comprised of six seasons and a massive 121 episodes. In other words, June is going to be a huge month for binge-watching.

Having last aired more than four years ago, the show is a definite blast from the past and has already got people excited – with many replying to the tweet simply with the words, ‘GLEE!!!’
Another person was so excited they couldn’t even type properly, writing: ‘FUCCKINNGGG GLLEEEEE AGHAHHSHDJ,’ while someone else said: ‘IM SKFIFUU KDJD FUCJING READY I ONLY HAVE THE TWO SEASONS SO NOW I CAN FINISH IT’.
So, yeah. People can’t wait. If, unlike these people, Glee isn’t your cup of tea though, don’t worry. Netflix also announced a whole host of other programmes that were being added to the service.
Including but not exclusive to Black Mirror season five, which stars – as Netflix writes – ‘Sexy Priest™, Miley Actual Cyrus, and Falcon/Cap 2.0′.
The trailer for the latest season of the science fiction anthology series dropped only last week, and we’re in for a treat if the trailer’s anything to go by.
In it, we see segments of the three separate episodes as they hurriedly become blurred and mingle together, until it becomes impossible to figure out where one episode ends and another begins. So, exactly like Black Mirror then, yeah?
Take a look below:
Blimey. I don’t know about you but suddenly June seems like a lifetime away. Hurry up, please.
Glee will be available to watch on Netflix from June 30 while season five of Black Mirror will be available slightly sooner from June 5.
