As if his French accent and endless wisdom about love wasn’t enough to fulfill the desires of men and women alike, it turns out he’s absolutely shredded as well.
I don’t know whether to love the guy or hate him, but he does seem to work hard for his six-maybe-eight (depending on the angle) pack.
Usually we see Fred suited and booted at the front of house in the First Dates London restaurant.
A little look at Fred’s Instagram reveals the impressively shredded muscles on the 45-year-old Michelin star general manager.
Oh yeah and he just boxes sometimes in-between being the real-life cupid and teaching prisoners about the service industry.

Fred lives with his former partner and their two children in Peckham, but is in a new relationship.
