The official trailer for Rambo: Last Blood is here to give fans the first real look at the fifth instalment of the franchise.
The film has been a long time coming for Rambo fans, as it’s been over a decade since the last film hit cinemas in 2008.
Rambo: Last Blood seems like it will bring the franchise full circle, 37 years after the release of Rambo: First Blood in 1982.

After debuting at the Cannes Film Festival this month, the upcoming Sylvester Stallone movie is set to be released in the UK later this year.
The trailer shows an aging John Rambo living a fairly simple-seeming life on his ranch, but despite being haunted by his experiences he’s not given up on the fast-paced life just yet.
Rambo: Last Blood sees the Vietnam War veteran going after a Mexican cartel which has kidnapped Gabriella, the daughter of his caretaker Maria. The determined man embarks on a rescue mission, and in true Rambo fashion the following events promise to be action-packed.
One person who’s more excited than all the rest is none other than Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson who viewed one of Sly Stallone’s behind-the-scenes Instagram clips and shared his sheer joy at what he’d seen.

Not one to hide his feelings, The Rock commented:
‘Drop the spear, dive and get ready to cut his leg off’.
Fuck. Yes.
Hopefully the film will be worth the wait!
Rambo: Last Blood will be released in UK cinemas on September 20, 2019.
