There’s a very good chance Daenerys Targaryen could finally be unleashing fury in the next season of Game of Thrones.
Emilia Clarke, who plays Khaleesi aka Mother of Dragons, previously revealed at the 68th Primetime Emmy Awards that there would be an epic battle to rival the ‘ridiculous’ Battle of the Bastards from season six.
And now, on-set spoilers are emerging that prove her character will be involved. A casting call for extras to play Unsullied soldiers and a search for horses has been released, fueling the theory that Daenerys and her unsullied and Dothraki armies are going to finally fuck some shit up.
According to Los Siete Reinos, a battle sequence will be filmed near a large aquatic location known as Los Barruecos.
The Spanish fansite is reporting that there are rumours that another battle, which will take place at Las Brenas, a coastal location, will feature at least one dragon.
There’s a good chance it’ll be Dany’s biggest, baddest fire-breathing dragon Drogon, but it’d be nice if Viserion and Rhaegal showed up too.
Watchers on the Wall also reports another battle is said to take place at Trujillo Castle in a town made up of medieval and renaissance buildings, and more than 100 extras will be needed.
And considering there will only be seven episodes (instead of the regular 10) to mash this all together, it’s looking like season seven will basically be one massive battle.
