Geordie Shore star Scotty T was arrested in connection with a firearms offence.
Scotty – real name Scott Timlin – was pictured leaving Newcastle police station in the early hours of Monday morning, reports The Sun.
The 28-year-old was arrested for possessing an air weapon in public, while also allegedly trying to get fans to pose with him for photos.
A police spokesman confirmed:
On Monday, May 30, a 28-year-old man was arrested and given a caution for possession of an air weapon in a public place.
The reality star was released with a caution, but his apartment was reportedly searched by officers following the offence.
Scotty was quick to share his thoughts on the incident with fans on social media…
Well that was a horrendous 6 hours ?

The caution could have seriously negative consequences for his international career, with numerous countries now able to deny the MTV celebrity entry.
Timlin, who admitted common assault after hitting a Welsh club-goer in February 2014, being fined £265 and ordered to pay £100 compensation plus £72 costs, can consider himself lucky though.
Police guidelines state that possession of a self-contained gas cartridge weapon without the necessary firearm certificate is punishable by ‘a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years imprisonment’.
So even if he has to be content with domestic fame, that is certainly preferable to a decade behind bars.
