Scarlett may have been crowned ‘Queen of the Jungle,’ last week and the nation seems to feel very happy for her, but less can be said of her Gogglebox co-stars.
The Gogglebox star may have legions of fans amongst British telly watchers, who did not hold back with showing their support following her win, but the other members of the show seemed less than impressed.
Strangely, the very TV show that launched her career, seemed to have mostly ignored her appearance on the rival reality TV show until the other night, according to the BBC.
Bizarrely though, her sofa-mates from around the UK had very little to say about her success in the camp, which seems very strange considering they have an opinion on everything else.
Only a smattering of her couch-co-stars had something to say at all, or indeed seemed even remotely happy about it.
There was an excited response from the Gilbey family, Louis from the Michael family and Nikki from the Tapper family, but the rest seemed completely uninterested or forced a happy smile to try and fake being pleased for her.
This however, as nothing ever does, did not go ignored from the British public, who rampantly took to Twitter to share their outrage and disgust about the lack of support from Scarlett’s fellow Gogglebox-ers.
Can not believe how bitter the Greek family on #Gogglebox were about Scarlett's win on #ImACeleb ?? not cool

Just watched gogglebox, seems like no one enjoyed Scarlett's win on I'm A Celebrity. I sense bitterness and jealousy… ?

Watched #gogglebox to see them celebrate for Scarlett but they were all fuming apart from George's family. Jealousy is an ugly trait ?

Not awkward at all then…
