Love TV shows being renewed? Love Grey’s Anatomy? Well, boy do we have the medicine just for you. Grey’s Anatomy has been renewed for two more seasons.
The much loved American medical drama has been green lit for two more series as I prefer to call them in the Queen’s English, and at this rate will outlast our beloved NHS.
Did I say much loved? Grey’s Anatomy is ABC’s most successful show, so stick that in your pipe and smoke it. Or rather don’t, because smoking is bad and our hospitals are under enough stress already.
Entertainment Weekly reports on top of Grey’s Anatomy being renewed for two more seasons, ABC has announced they’ve ordered another series of How to Get Away with Murder and a third season of Station 19, whatever they are.
No, I’m being silly, Station 19 is a Grey’s Anatomy spin-off, and who doesn’t like spin-offs in this golden age of franchises.
Now in its 15th season, Grey’s Anatomy has tied E.R. as one of the longest-running medical dramas on telly. And that’s gotta be something by doing it without George Clooney on the hospital’s payroll.
Great work, doctors!
