The first teaser for Marvel’s next superhero/sci-fi mash up Guardian’s of the Galaxy Vol. 2 has been released and it looks epic.
Set two months after the first film, Guardians 2 follows our dysfunctional band of ‘heroes’ as they travel through the cosmos doing a little bit of good and a little bit of bad.
Unfortunately for the gang though their newfound bond is complicated when they run into Star Lord’s father Ego the living planet.
Marvel StudiosChris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper all return as the ragtag band of criminals, killers and a tree we came to love in the first film but they’re not alone.
Michael Rooker and Karen Gillan also return as Yondu and Nebula respectively while the legendary actor Kurt Russell will be making appearance as Ego, a living planet who’s also Peter Quill’s dad.
Marvel StudiosIf the teaser’s anything to go by the film looks to be a slightly darker take on the previous movie but there’s we’ve stillgot Star Lord’s amazing tape to lighten the mood.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is scheduled for released in the UK on April 28, 2017.
