Last week, we wrote about Frankie Boyle’s hilarious joke aimed at Paul Golding, the leader of Britain First, but now it turns out that there were a fuck-ton more gags that got cut from the final edit by the BBC – and for pretty obvious reasons.
Appearing as guest presenter on Have I Got News For You, the incredibly controversial comic, who has sparked a lot of outrage in the past, aimed jokes at the Queen, the Royal Family, Rolf Harris, and the enemies of Sadiq Khan, reports the Mirror.
Here’s a few of the best / most outrageous:
Referring to Rolf Harris’ portrait of the Queen back in 2005, Boyle said:
The Queen keeping Rolf Harris’s hands busy for a week is probably the best thing she’s ever done.
He then added that the Royal Family were ‘the products of centuries of incest’ who were now merely employed ‘to try to sell fridge magnets’.
Referring to David Cameron’s comment to the Queen last week about ‘Nigeria and Afghanistan’ being ‘fantastically corrupt’, Boyle said:
Even the Queen seemed to give him a look like, ‘no’. It’s very hard to tell if the Queen is unhappy with you. She hasn’t really cracked a smile since Diana died.
However, perhaps Boyle’s most jaw-dropping joke was aimed at those who consider Sadiq Khan to be an Islamic fundamentalist simple for having spoken with extremists.
He said:
If sharing a stage with extremists made you an extremist, the Eagles Of Death Metal would be the most wanted men in the world.
Lest we forget, The Eagles Of Death Metal were the band playing in the Bataclan Theatre on Friday 13 November when ISIS gunmen stormed the venue as part of the Paris attacks.
As you can probably imagine, the audience was pretty shocked. Even Boyle himself added: ‘That probably won’t make the edit’.
And he was right. It didn’t.
