There are rumours I’m A Celebrity campmates could be evacuated after it was revealed there are three deadly snakes on the loose in huts wherefmade cameras are filming.

Speaking during the Extra Camp show presenters Scarlett Moffatt and Joel Dommett were joined by medic Bob McCarron who made the revelation.

Scarlett asked Bob how many animals he’d found this week.

Watch the clip here:

Bob replied:

Actually, this week, about eight would you believe?  You know the camera hides that are surrounding the celebrities?

Cameramen are locked in there all day watching and the snakes come into their camera hides.

We’ve taken five out already this week and three of them still there in the way of the roof.

Made In Chelsea’s Jamie Laing, who was appearing as a guest on the show asked Bob what the dangerous thing he’d ever found on the site was.

Bob said:

We often find what is called a rough scaled snake, only about this long (putting his hands only a small distance apart) but it has enough poison to kill about 12 people.

Yikes!

Scarlett replied: ‘That’s all the campmates!’

Bob has been a part of I’m a Celebrity since the show began back in 2002 – and is always on hand to help with any medical emergencies, and of course, is responsible for handling the snakes, spiders and other creatures for the Bushtucker Trials.

Also on Extra Camp, the presenters said show bosses have been putting a stop to daytime napping.

Joel explained:

There is a tannoy with a voice… At one point it said, ‘Guys, just to let you know, it is really early!’

Scarlett then said:

You have no concept of time when you’re in there. I don’t know if I’m allowed to say this but I’m going to say it.

We once all went to bed at around 4pm, obviously you just don’t know what time it is, and the producers had to be like, ‘Guys, it’s a lot earlier than you think’.

And it’s a ‘no, thank you’ from me.
