Warning: Contains Spoilers
Game of Thrones has come to an end, and with it went Daenerys’ life. Hopefully you know that by now, because if not, I’m afraid you just stumbled into a spoiler-filled danger zone.
Well, the whole internet is a danger zone when it comes to the Game of Thrones plot, and Jason Momoa’s Instagram account is no different.
The 39-year-old documented his reaction to the death of the Mother of Dragons on his Instagram story, and his outburst after Jon Snow plunged the knife into his lover-slash-aunt was hilarious.
Check it out here:
As Daenerys gasped with the shock of betrayal, Momoa let out his initial response, which I assume was aimed at Jon.
He said:
F*ck you! F*ck you, punk!
Of course, fans who have been there from the start will know that Momoa used to star alongside Emilia Clarke in the HBO show, as Daenerys’ husband Khal Drogo.
Though Dany was forced to marry the Dothraki leader, the pair eventually fell in love, and it’s clear from Momoa’s reaction that he was still a big fan of his character’s wife even after she smothered him to death at the end of season one.
The actor then went on to film himself watching one of the most heartbreaking scenes of the episode – when Drogon nudged at Dany in an attempt to get her to wake up.
In response, Momoa himself did a very good impression of a dragon as he let out a low rumble, before throwing out a few more expletives and angered growls as he watched Drogon melt the Iron Throne into a sloppy mess.
The 39-year-old didn’t get any happier towards the end of the episode, when the new ruler of the Six Kingdoms was chosen.
In the background, Tyrion could be heard explaining why Bran would make a good king, but Momoa wasn’t having any of it.
He continued:
Who gives a f*ck? Who gives a f*ck? F*ck you!
As the show came to an end, the actor decided there was only one way to deal with his frustration – besides growling, obviously.
He said:
Oh my god. We’re gonna go to the bars and we’re gonna get in a fight.
Let’s hope Kit Harington – aka Jon – didn’t happen to be hanging around in Momoa’s local!
The Aquaman star didn’t seem to be alone in his anger at finale’s events, as the final episode of Game of Thrones was actually the lowest ranked in the show’s history.
