Since going into the I’m A Celebrity jungle, Caitlyn Jenner has made quite the impression on her fellow campmates and viewers alike.
Proving herself to be strong, independent and sassy, the 70-year-old has single-handedly squashed any doubts she won’t be able to look after herself. I mean, you only need to look at last night’s washing-up shenanigans to realise that.
One question abounded though, and that was: is Caitlyn getting as much support back home as she is from the British public? Now that question appears to have been answered, as daughters Kylie and Kendall have finally weighed in on the matter.
The Jenner sisters initially came under fire from fans after they failed to offer any public support to Caitlyn when she entered the jungle.
Kylie and Kendall remained silent on the matter on social media, even failing to pass on any messages to Caitlyn via a care package handed out to the celebrities earlier this week. She instead received a message from her two dogs.
Now though, the sisters have at least acknowledged Caitlyn’s jungle adventure and have taken a small step towards supporting her, having recently liked posts about I’m A Celebrity on her Instagram account.
While Kendall liked a photo of Caitlyn posing with rumoured girlfriend Sophia Hutchins – who is running her account while she’s in the jungle and who wished her luck on her journey, writing ‘we are all rooting her on here in the USA!!’ – Kylie liked a picture of the two women with their dogs.
The latter picture was also captioned:
We are all rooting for you @caitlynjenner on @imacelebrity live on @itv
Previously, fans had wasted no time in pointing out the sisters’ seeming lack of support for Caitlyn, calling Kylie and Kendall out for keeping quiet during Caitlyn’s time in the jungle, particularly because she has spoken so highly about her kids and grandchildren to her fellow campmates.
And although they’re still yet to post anything on their own accounts, viewers of the show are now happy they have finally acknowledged her appearance on I’m A Celebrity.
Surprisingly, Caitlyn’s stepdaughter Kim Kardashian was the first family member to throw support behind the television personality for her stint in the jungle.
Kim shared a video of Caitlyn waking up her campmates with her most iconic saying in the programme so far: ‘Let’s go team, it’s not just another day, it’s another day to excel, another day to be great.’
She ended her motivational message with the words, ‘rise and shine’, which was a hilarious nod to her makeup mogul daughter, Kylie. Kim replied to the tweet, writing: ‘I literally recorded this and set this as my alarm a few weeks ago!’

There’s no word on who will be meeting Caitlyn when she eventually gets booted out of the jungle, but with the first elimination expected towards the end of this week, we might find out sooner than we thought.
