Reality TV’s Mama June revealed she struggled with recovering from multiple weight loss surgeries which lead to her dramatic 300lb weight loss.
June revealed her new look in a sneak peek episode ahead of the season two premiere of her family’s show, Mama June: From Not to Hot.
In one clip she can be seen to have a medical scare and is rushed to the hospital, after saying she ‘couldn’t even wipe her own ass’ after one surgery filmed during the first season of the show. Thanks for sharing, June.

Youngest daughter Alana – who is better known as Honey Boo Boo – said:
We’re no strangers to doctors and hospitals, but this season our lives are rocked forever.
Clips aired from the one hour, fifteen-minute sneak peek show (how long?), Mama June complains about ‘multiple migraines’ before she ends up having emergency surgery, writes Mail Online.
Honey Boo Boo said:
I’m really freaking out cause she just went right in for surgery.
Season one of the show sees Mama June determined to get back in shape after her ex-husband, Sugar Bear, announced he was getting remarried.
June, while ok with Sugar Bear moving on, said she was taken back he moved on so quickly, so decided to go on a classic ‘revenge diet’ before going under the knife for a number of weight loss surgeries.
She said:
I couldn’t even move my arms. That sh*t was like mummified. I couldn’t even wipe my own a**. I couldn’t wash my own hair. I couldn’t lift my hands above my head.
I looked like The Walking Dead. When you have to have somebody wipe your own tooth and your own ass , that’s kind of crazy.
And, plus I started Mother Nature that day too at the surgery – it was awful.
The premiere also revealed there’s big news for the family, with Mama June’s middle child Lauryn – who goes by the nickname Pumpkin – is pregnant with her first child with her boyfriend Josh.
Pumpkin’s having a difficult pregnancy and finds out she’s two months pregnant while filming the show.
She said:
I need to tell you something, you might want to sit down?
And Honey Boo Boo hinted ‘there might be another crown in my future’ before revealing she wants to do another mother-daughter pageant.
Finally, we find out Mama June is officially off the market, but is keeping her new man’s identity a secret until the show’s debut. How exciting.
