Warning: Potential spoiler alert
We’re only two weeks away from the biggest event in the history of cinema – the release of Avengers: Infinity War.
Millions of fans across the world are already undeniably excited about the highly anticipated movie but the hype is about to reach boiling point thanks to a new teaser.
Not only do Marvel Studios know how to make great films, but they also know how to market them – releasing some rather incredible trailers.
Who could forget the first epic trailer which gave us all chills:

Their latest television spot though has raised the bar even higher – despite only being 30 seconds long!
Primarily featuring footage from the previous movies, introducing us to our heroes, it allows us to take a look at the decade-long legacy of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
It really does reaffirm just how important Infinity War is, being Marvel Studios‘ most ambitious project yet. So huge, it’s being split into two parts.
Among the clips from previous films are split-second shots from the upcoming Infinity War – if you blink you’ll miss it.
One of these shots appears to show superheroes Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) and Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) fighting, as Stark gives Quill a fierce elbow to the face.
Of course there’s no context given so we’re unsure what their confrontation is about, but when you assemble what’s essentially a bunch of walking egos, drama is inevitably going to kick off.
If you pause at 24 seconds in, you’ll find the shot:

I wouldn’t worry too much though as the only other shot we’ve seen of the two characters interacting so far, is full of banter – those few seconds of comic relief leaves us pretty certain Tony and Peter will get on, despite having a bit of a brawl.
Speaking to Yahoo, Dave Bautista, who plays Drax from The Guardians of the Galaxy, explained why he and Iron Man will hit it off, saying:
I always thought there would be a lot of good interaction between Tony Stark and Drax, and there was, and Star-Lord and Tony Stark as well – when you put those two guys in a room together, it’s like a spontaneous combustion.
Talk about two talented guys who are so witty and smart and honed-in on their craft. It was a spectacle, and I’m so excited I got to witness it first-hand.
Of course Stark already has a few friends within the MCU. He and Bruce Banner, a.k.a. Hulk, have an endearing bromance which they’ve nicknamed ‘Science Bros’.
Then there’s his on-off friendship with Captain America, which is fuelled by respect for one another.
I personally can’t wait for Tony to meet Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange to see his scientific mind handle Stephen’s mysticism and magic.
It sounds like his relationship with Star-Lord though will be a definite highlight.
Avengers: Infinity War will crash into UK cinemas on April 26 and US theatres on April 27.
