It’s no secret that celebs get paid a fair whack, but have you ever wondered what our Gogglebox favourite spends her rather hefty earnings on?
Well now we’re giving you the opportunity to find out, as The Sun have revealed what the lucky star spends her dosh on and surprisingly, it’s not all on herself.
In fact, the loving family-girl has already paid off her parents’ mortgage and has plans to spend even more of her earnings on them.
The I’m A Celeb contestant shared what she bought her parents on the show – as well as plans to buy them a caravan worth a staggering £20,000 in the future.
She revealed:
My aim is to be able to buy me mam and dad a caravan. Cause they’ve always wanted one, but they are like £20,000, and I really want to be able to buy them one.
And that’s the dream, everyone wants to be able to look after their mama and dad, like they did when they were younger.
I paid off their mortgage off with my mum and dad’s house for them.
The popular 26-year-old, opened up that she quit her job last year – which sounds like a great move as she is now making a hefty £70,000 in return for her time in the jungle.
Her fellow camp dwellers, Wayne Bridge and Joel Dommett asked her how she felt about her generous offerings, to which she replied, ‘Oh it was the best.’
Scarlett also cheekily divulged the note she wrote to her parents, even apologising for her fake tan habit.
She said:
I just wrote them a letter and said, thanks for being mint, and sorry for leaving fake tan all over the house, and then I put a cheque in for them.
So turns out she’s funny and kind and certainly has more cash to splash than your average girl in her mid-twenties…
