Jeremy Clarkson isn’t exactly a stranger to controversy, so it’ll come as no surprise that he’s caused mass outrage for his latest stunt on The Grand Tour.

The scene resulted in laughter from the studio audience but sparked widespread criticism as Clarkson joked it was a ‘better way for immigrants of getting into Britain’, reported The Express.

He said:

When immigrants try to get into the country they always come in the back of a container lorry that is the world’s worst game of hide and seek.

If you work for Border Force you open the doors and go, ‘well there you are.’

Some viewers slammed it as ‘irresponsible’ and deemed it their most ‘controversial’ episode yet.
