It’s fair to say James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke segment on The Late Late Show is kind of a big deal.

The show has attracted a wealth of musical guests, got the first lady of the U.S. involved and even helped save a baby’s life.

Considering it’s also surpassed the 830 million view mark on YouTube, it’s no real surprise that one of the world’s biggest (if not the biggest) music streaming services, Apple Music, were keen to get involved.

And it now seems they’ve succeeded, by buying the rights to their own spin-off series, The Independent reports.

The music streaming service will host the new 16-part show exclusively although Corden will not be presenting it, instead serving as an executive producer.

Deadline reports that the format will remain similar to the sketch except the stars will instead be driven to places that are meaningful to them, sing tunes from their own playlists and surprise their biggest fans.

Apple’s senior VP of internet software and services, Eddy Cue, said:

We love music, and Carpool Karaoke celebrates it in a fun and unique way that is a hit with audiences of all ages,’ said Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior VP of internet software and services. It’s a perfect fit for Apple Music — bringing subscribers exclusive access to their favorite artists and celebrities who come along for the ride.

Fortunately for fans of the original segment with Corden, these sketches won’t stop anytime soon on his show.

Here’s to more classic and utterly cringeworthy moments.
