This Website Will Spoil Game Of Thrones For Your Mates Every Week For $0.99

Thousands of Brits will be getting up in the early hours of Monday morning, turning their televisions on for one reason only – Game of Thrones.

The final season starts this Sunday (April 14) on HBO at 9pm Eastern Time in America, so for us in the UK that is 2am on Sky Atlantic on Monday (April 15).

And as any dedicated fan will tell you, watching Game of Thrones at 2am is a must so you don’t have to worry about having the most talked about show ever spoiled for you the next day.

I think we can all agree spoilers really are just the worst, which also means they are the perfect way to get revenge on your enemies, whether that be a family member, friend, partner or colleague.

This is what the sinister minds behind Spoiled realised, developing a website which will anonymously send spoilers via text message to those people you feel deserve to have their day ruined.

For only $0.99 a week, the website will automatically spend spoilers about the latest Game of Thrones episode to a mobile phone number of your choice, including international ones.

They promise:

Do your friends love Game of Thrones, but watch it after it airs? Are you a terrible friend? Great!

For just $0.99 USD, Spoiled will anonymously and ruthlessly text spoilers to your unsuspecting friends after each new episode airs. Afterwards, sit back, relax, and view your friends responses.

After you order we email you a link so you may view any texted responses to the spoilers we send out.

The website also answers the question ‘will it cost money’ brilliantly saying ‘How else is a Lannister going to pay his debts?’

Spoiled was actually inspired by a now-deleted Reddit post which details how a woman got revenge on her cheating ex-boyfriend by sending him Game of Thrones spoilers every week.

As reported by Esquire, the man claimed:

She spoils the show for me every week. I tried to ask her to stop but she blocks me immediately after she sends the message. I blocked her on WhatsApp, but she did it via Facebook. Then the next week it was text.

She even borrowed one of our mutual friends phones to do it, and I fell for that. I can’t watch it before she ruins it [because] I have to wait til my girlfriend is home from work to watch it with her.

Although it sucks to be this guy, there is no denying the woman is a genius.

No wonder Spoiled is now a thing…

Season 8 of Game of Thrones will air in the US on HBO on April 14, and Sky Atlantic early morning April 15 in the UK.
