As a man I rarely fantasize about the perfect Mother’s Day but now CBeebies (of all places) may be delivering the magnum opus of Mother’s Days everywhere.
How so, I hear you ask? They’ve recruited none other than Tom Hardy to read out some children’s stories on the day of mothers, reports Digital Spy.
In case you didn’t know – Mother’s Day falls on March 26 this year, so you might want to get your presents sorted, and yes that’s exactly when you’ll want to tune into CBeebies when Hardy reads aloud ‘There’s A Bear On My Chair’.
Just last month Hardy appeared on CBeebies for a bedtime story on Valentines day which saw childless women and mothers alike tucking themselves under the quilts in a weirdly erotic Freudian scenario.
And that’s not the end – there’s even better news to come as Tom has five slots on the children’s channel – meaning that after the Mother’s Day special he’ll still have two left to go.
