Peter Parker has been portrayed by a few different faces in the past but Tom Holland is determined to hold on to the role for as long as possible.

The 23-year-old took over from Andrew Garfield as Spider-Man in 2016, when he made his first appearance in Captain America: Civil War.

He has since starred in Spider-Man: Homecoming, Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame, however Holland revealed he has no plans to give up his superhero role.

Holland hits the big screen again in Spider-Man: Far From Home, which will bring the third phase of the MCU to a close, and speaking to Rotten Tomatoes the actor admitted he’d play Spider-Man until he could no longer walk.

He said:

I honestly would play Spider-Man until I can’t walk anymore. I love this character so much and it was like my childhood dream to play this character.

I’m loving it, I’m really enjoying it. I’m really loving what we can do with this movie and the people that we can touch and the amazing things we can do with the platform that this movie gives us.

So I’m just really enjoying it.
