A bodybuilder who became famous for using oil injections to achieve ‘Popeye’ arms has now experienced a startling side effect.
21-year-old Kirill Tereshin from Pyatigorsk, Russia ‘grew’ his gigantic 24 inch biceps through injecting synthol, a site enhancement oil.
He has seen his weight soar from 9st 11lbs 10st 10lbs as a results of the injections. However, this apparently hasn’t improved his strength all that much, even though he is regularly working out.
Bodybuilder Kirill was able to enhance the size of his biceps by ten inches within a mere ten days of leaving the army. The unusual proportion of his arms to the rest of his body shocked people from all across the world.
Kirill, who wants to break records for the size of his biceps, has made the following disturbing comment about his synthol use:
In order to reach such a size, you need to inject litres into your arms.
I was doing it and getting a fever of up to 40 degrees, I was lying in bed, feeling like I was dying, but then it all turned out fine.
However, commercially available synthol turned out to be just too pricey, and Kirill decided to begin injecting himself with a an extremely risky homemade concoction of olive oil, benzyl alcohol and lidocaine.
New photographs show how Kirill’s arms have turned a violent shade of red – looking extremely concerning indeed.
Although Kirill has argued how developing his arms with oil has improved his self confidence, this procedure could be doing great harm to his health.
According to medical advice, injecting your muscles with synthol – regardless of whether it has been bought or homemade – may lead to cysts and ulcers within the muscle.
This could also lead to nerve damage, infections, oil-filled granulomas and lung embolisms. Kirill really is putting himself in enormous danger to achieve this dramatic look…
Still not content with his appearance, Kirill reportedly now wants to tattoo his entire body and grow a Mohican hairstyle. He also wants to get coloured contact lenses and a set of fangs.
Netizen ‘ja’ has said:
Idiots won’t die out. Normal people fall victims to cancer, and these… But I think this guy has a mental problem in first place.

Injections such as these are never advisable when you are trying to bulk up.
If you want to see results the only real option is discipline, in the gym and in the kitchen.
