McDonald’s have really been trying to up their game recently.
Whether it was announcing swanky table service or releasing a new gourmet menu, to even adding macarons to the menu (very fancy). But like it or not, the classics will always remain customer favourites.
Take McFlurries for instance. They are arguably one of the best things on the menu and combined with Cadbury’s Creme Eggs they’re literally the stuff of dreams (despite changing the recipe).
People went mad for them, but it wasn’t long before the fast-food giant thought this could only be a seasonal and temporary thing.
But the good news is that after a successful re-trial run in Australia, McDonald’s has confirmed its popular Cadbury’s Creme Egg Flurry is returning to UK menus this year. Rejoice.
However, a spokesperson from Cadbury told The Independent that they couldn’t confirm when.
They said:
I can confirm the Cadbury Creme Egg McFlurry will be making an appearance on the UK menu this year. We’re keeping exact dates under wraps so customers will need to keep their eyes peeled!
The lucky buggers in Australia who have already had the pleasure of having the Creme Egg McFlurry took to Twitter to share their joy.
I would just like to thank jesus for dying for this important moment in history. #CremeEgg #Mcflurry pic.twitter.com/wo54uUKQuC
