Ingredients:
– 1 onion
– 1 red pepper
– 1 tbsp garlic
– 1 tbsp chilli powder
– 1 tbsp smoked paprika
– 2 tsp cumin
– 2 tsp oregano
– 350g beef mince
– 300ml passata
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
– 1 beef stock cube
– Bread dough
– Hot dogs
– 125g mozzarella
– 100g grated cheddar
Method:
First, cook down the onion and pepper, then add in the garlic.
Chuck in the paprika, cumin and chilli powder, then add the beef mince. cook until browned off.
Add in the passata, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, beef stock and 250ml of water. Cook for 30 minutes.
Roll out your pizza dough, cut into five strips and place on the hot dogs and roll up.
Portion into smaller hot dogs and place each one upright around the outside of a greased dish.
Fill the middle of the dish with chilli then top with cheese and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
