Ingredients:
– 100g butter
– 150g dark chocolate
– 100g caster sugar
– 2 egg yolks
– 2 whole eggs
– 50g plain flour
– 1 tbsp cocoa powder
– 6 tsp peanut butter
– 2 tbsp melted butter
Method:
First, scoop out the 6 tsp of peanut butter onto some greaseproof paper and freeze for 30 minutes.
Next, brush the inside of the moulds with the melted butter then coat with cocoa powder.
Now, melt together the chocolate and the butter.
Beat together the eggs, yolks and caster sugar until light and fluffy then carefully fold in the chocolate mix and the flour.
Now, half fill the moulds with the mix then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Take out the peanut butter, roll into balls, place one in the middle of each mould, then pour in the remaining mix and chill for 30 minutes.
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
Turn out of the moulds and enjoy!
