Here’s How To Make The Mexican Chilli Pizza

Ingredients:

– 4 Tortilla wraps
– 150g mozzarella
– 150g cheddar
– Sour cream
– Guacamole
– Salsa

For the Chilli:

– 1 white onion (sliced)
– 1 red pepper (sliced)
– 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
– 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
– 250g beef mince
– 1tsp chilli powder
– 1tsp cocoa powder
– 1tsp sugar
– 1tsp salt
– 1tsp black pepper
– 2 tsp cumin
– 2tsp oregano
– 2tsp smoked paprika
– 1 beef stock cube
– 250 ml passata
– 200 ml water

Method:

First, cook the onion, pepper, chilli, garlic on a medium heat.

Add the mince and cook until browned.

Throw in all the spices, crumble in the stock cube and cook for two minutes.

Add the passata and the water and cook until all the liquid has been absorbed – about 15 minutes.

Now, build your pizza. Place the tortilla on a baking tray and spread 2 tbsp Marinara sauce and a couple of handfuls of cheese on top, then sandwich the next tortilla on top.

Spoon the chilli onto the next tortilla then top with the guacamole, salsa, sour cream and more cheese.

Cover with another tortilla, more Marinara sauce and the rest of the cheese then bake at 180 degrees celsius for ten minutes.

Top with some chopped red pepper, some fresh Basil, slice up, and enjoy!
