Ingredients:
– One banana
 – Two eggs
 – One tablespoon of vanilla essence
 – Fresh blueberries

Method:
 Slice the banana into equal chunks and place inside a blender with the two eggs, and one tablespoon of vanilla essence.

Blend the mixture until smooth.

Add a handful of blueberries.

Pour enough mixture for one portion into a bowl and microwave for 80 seconds.

Repeat the previous step until you have your desired number of portions.

Add the fruit topping of your choice to the pancakes and enjoy!
