Ingredients:
– 2 packets Oreos
– 180g cream cheese
– 115g double cream (whipped)
– 150g shop bought chocolate mousse
– Squirty cream
Method:
First, crush up the Oreos – but leave a few whole for later…
Next, combine the cream cheese, whipped cream and half of the crushed Oreos and mix with an electric whisk.
Now, build your parfait! Layer the crushed Oreos, then some of your cream and Oreo mix…
Then add a layer of whole Oreos…
Followed by some chocolate mousse…
Squirt some cream on, sprinkle on more Oreo and you’re good to go.
Now, enjoy!
