If you’ve ever taken the time out to examine your Chicken McNuggets before wolfing them down in a flat minute, you should be praised for your willpower.
Unfortunately, this kind of closer inspection may be enough to dissuade you from eating the golden covered food of the Gods ever again.
The team at the Natural News Forensic Food Laboratory can attest to the unsavoury matter in the savoury treats, after getting 10 McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets from an Austin, Texas branch under their unforgiving microscope.
Writing a report on his findings for Natural News, Health Ranger, Mike Adams wrote:
But what I found instead shocked even me. I’ve seen a lot of weird stuff in my decade of investigating foods and nutrition, but I never expected to find this…
Adams wrote, ‘We found dark black hair-like structures sticking out of the nugget mass, as well as light blue egg-shaped structures with attached tail-like hairs or fibres.’
The hairs are particularly alarming as the chickens presumably used in production of Ronald McDonald’s nuggets do not have hair, but feathers.
The findings have sparked speculation suggesting this particular batch of nuggets could be cross-contaminated with a different species.
He continued:
We also found odd red colouring splotches in several locations, as well as a spherical green object that resembles algae.
You can watch the full microscopic investigation on the Natural News YouTube channel.
Now, I don’t know about you but I prefer my Nuggs with BBQ sauce and I’m not sure ‘algae’ will cut the mustard in the competitive world of delicious condiments.
Although Adams is ‘not claiming or implying that these objects in any way make McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets unsafe to consume’, the scientist has called for a full FDA investigation into the composition of the fast food.
