It looks like Warner Bros might well have just teased a brand new Batman game starring the shady organisation known as the Court of Owls.
Warner Bros. Montreal assistant producer Valerie Vezina recently tweeted a picture of a T-shirt which is adorned with a logo that looks very much like the the Court of Owl’s insignia.
Check it out below, and note that the name of the game she’s working on is redacted. Intriguing, no?

For those who might not know, in Batman lore, the Court of Owls is a shadowy organisation that pulls the strings in Gotham City, secretly manipulating events to suit themselves.
They’re basically the DC Universe equivalent of the Illuminati, and the Dark Knight has naturally crossed paths (and butted heads) with them a few times over the years.
It’s been rumoured for a while that there’s another Batman game coming out of Warner Bros, who themselves have teased that they’ve got at least two DC-related video games in the works.
WB Montreal previously worked on Arkham Origins, a prequel game which was released between Arkham City and Arkham Knight, so they have experience in making a Batman game.
This also implies that it could be pretty similar to previous Arkham games, in terms of combat and gameplay. After all, if it ain’t broken don’t fix it.
Unfortunately it doesn’t sound as if we’ll be seeing an announcement any time soon. Creative director Patrick Redding has said the WB Montreal team will be around for The Game Awards on Friday, but that’s only to show off the project internally.
… We’re not doing the glamorous part of the job just yet. We’re headed down to meet with our WB partners and showcase the team’s hard work and share our excitement. I know how anxious the fans are to hear something… Please be patient! (2/2)

For now we’ll just have to wait and see, but if I were a betting man, I’d say that Warner Bros are absolutely sitting on a new Batman game, and a reveal is simply a matter of time.
