This footage has emerged online of a proposed Star Wars VR game that will work with Oculus Rift. If they pull it off, it could be the greatest victory since Endor.
Uploaded by HammerheadVR Studio’s Creative Director Rob McLellan on Vimeo, the early tech demo shows off some of the key moments of the original trilogy from a first person perspective. Apparently, the scenes were completed in just two weeks by two artists and absolutely no help from Disney or LucasArts.
The description uploaded alongside the video reads:

Very smart considering that Disney can and will ban the shit out of this if it gets misused. Star Wars VR is running on Unreal Engine 4 and has been built especially for the Oculus Rift, hopefully this is the start of a major new project. The Star Wars films seen through eyes of Luke? Awesome.
