Actor Who ‘Revealed GTA 6 Was In Production’ Has Some More News

Yesterday rumours started that Grand Theft Auto 6 was in production after a motion capture actor listed work for the currently unannounced game on his online CV.

Tim Neff listed work for the game, noting Rockstar as being the company producing it, on his profiles on Resumes Breakdown Express and iStunt.com.

Of course the internet started losing its mind but sadly it seems the news was too good to be true.

Since the news broke, the actor has confirmed on his Twitter the resume found on the website is incorrect.

In several replies, Neff explained that although he did work on Grand Theft Auto 5, the listing that caused the buzz is ‘not real’.

He also told PC Games News:

That isn’t my page, account or résumé. I don’t even know that website. I worked on GTA 5 a long time ago and haven’t done anything since.

Sorry for the confusion. It seems I’m being trolled online really badly.

Adding fuel to the bonfire though, Neff has several reasons as to why Grand Theft Auto 6 was listed on his CV claiming the resume was fake, he had been trolled and that it was just a simple typo.

This has caused quite the backlash against him on Twitter as people are not sure what to believe.

Although Neff aimed to shut down the rumours, his confusing list of reasons are also making people think it wasn’t just a typo and he is actually now in trouble with Rockstar for leaking the evidence and is trying to cover his tracks.

Grand Theft Auto 6 is inevitable due to the immense popularity of the previous games, but we will just have to wait and see if Rockstar break their silence…
