All Confirmed Battlefield 1 Maps And Modes

rendition1.imgThe hotly anticipated WWI shooter Battlefield 1 launches in October, and as you’d expect, it’ll feature a variety of maps and modes.

Maps will obviously focus on some of the historic locations from WWI, while the modes will offer something new alongside returning Battlefield features.

I think it’s a safe bet that a ton more maps and modes will be revealed in the future (October is still a way off, after all) but for now, let’s take a look at everything we have so far confirmed for Battlefield 1.

We have four maps right now, set across France and Italy. We’ll be duking it out at Amiens, a French city ravaged by the war, and The St. Quentin Scar (the trench-filled battlefields of Northern France).

Italy will see us fighting along the Adriatic coast with battleships on the Empire’s Edge map, and making the most of the the cannon-equipped mountain forts in the Venetian Alps of Monte Grappa

We’ve got three modes confirmed right now. Conquest is the 64-player death match mayhem that was shown off during EA Play.

Then there’s Domination and OperationsDomination offers smaller scale battles with a focus on boots-on-the-ground combat, while Operations will be set along a series of maps and rounds that are inter-connected by the matches’ results.

That’s all we know so far, but expect news of a beta (and probably more maps and modes) to materialise at some point before launch.

Battlefield 1 will be coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on October 21, 2016.
