Activision has managed to put together an incredible cast for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s upcoming Dead Of The Night DLC, including Brian bloody Blessed himself.
The man with a voice like righteous thunder will be joined by Game of Thrones star Charles Dance, 24 hero and country singer Kiefer Sunderland, and the always brilliant Helena Bonham Carter.
Seriously, what an absolutely huge cast to get for a DLC. Check out the trailer below!
This isn’t the first time Activision has managed to wrangle some absolutely massive names to appear in Call of Duty, of course. They managed to get Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Freddy Krueger themselves when they hired Sarah Michelle Gellar and Robert Englund to show up in the original Black Ops, and Game of Thrones star Kit Harrington starred in Infinite Warfare.
Dead of the Night comes as part of the Black Ops 4 battle pass. It takes place in 1912, and adds vampires and werewolves into the mix with all them pesky zombies.
When Black Ops 4 launched back in October, it was to huge commercial and critical success. This was thanks in no small part to the game’s own battle royale mode, Blackout, which is far better than it had any right to be.
Given the fact that Activision actually made over $500 million from the game in its opening weekend alone, I’d imagine money was no object when assembling such a star studded cast for Dead of the Night.
To be honest, if I don’t get to hear Brian Blessed exclaim “Gordon’s undead!” at least once, I want my money back.
