Grand Theft Auto is iconic for more reason than one, not least of which is the incredible and varied selection of radio stations.

From Flying Lotus to Cara Delevigne, some of the biggest names have helmed a radio station on one of the greatest sandbox games ever made.

And now, a brand new station has launched alongside GTA V’s ‘Doomsday Heist’ update, and it’s fronted by no other than Frank Ocean.

The station will be Los Santos 97.8 FM, which will be helmed by the hosts of Ocean’s Beats 1 show blonded RADIO: Vegyn, Roof Access, and Frederico Aliprandi, reports Pitchfork.

Ocean will be appearing on the show, and has made musical selections to cruise around to and run over a bunch of people to.

Among the artists who are featured on Ocean’s show are JAY-Z, Panda Bear, Aphex Twin, Lil Uzi Vert, Burial, Migos, (Sandy) Alex G, Future, Chief Keef, Schoolboy Q, Todd Rundgren, Marvin Gaye, Curtis Mayfield, and more.

There’s still no news on whether the much-anticipated Grand Theft Auto VI is on its way, but it’s hardly unreasonable to assume that Rockstar are hard at work designing the new game.

Earlier this year, a motion-capture actor let slip that he had worked on GTA VI, but then unsurprisingly backtracked on what he had put on his resume.

He told PC Games News:

That isn’t my page, account or résumé. I don’t even know that website. I worked on GTA 5 a long time ago and haven’t done anything since.

Sorry for the confusion. It seems I’m being trolled online really badly.

Adding fuel to the bonfire though, Neff gave several reasons as to why Grand Theft Auto 6 was listed on his CV claiming the resume was fake, he had been trolled and that it was just a simple typo.

His inconsistency has caused some to disbelieve his apparent excuses as to why he listed the game on his CV, and reckon he’s had Rockstar breathing down his neck for publishing the information before they’re ready to drop the big news.

In any case, with the new heist update and the Frank Ocean radio station, we have more than enough greatness to get us through the dark days until GTA’s triumphant return.
