GTA V’s Huge New Import/Export Expansions Arrives, Here’s What You Get

Rockstar continue to bring heaps of new content to GTA V’s fulsome online mode, with a huge new expansion available now.

The Import/Export expansion really takes the Grand Theft Auto title literally – that is to say that it’s all about stealing cars and continuing to grow your criminal enterprise.

In many ways, this expansion serves as a follow up to the massive Further Adventures In Finance And Felony – check out the launch trailer for Import/Export below.

Import/Export introduces a shiny new Executive Garage to GTA V, where one can store up to 60 ill-gotten vehicles, if one is so inclined.

Since you’re the boss, members of your Organization will be tipped off to cars they can steal, and will report back to you with their locations.

The expansion’s description reads:

A range of buyers are always ready to shell out for your newly acquired inventory. Use the Ad-Hawk Autos network from your Vehicle Warehouse to connect with buyers and deliver the goods. Private buyers are straightforward and will accept vehicles at stock spec but if you want to increase your margins, appeal to Showroom and Specialist Dealers who are seeking modded vehicles and are willing to pay extra for them.

The more cars you pinch, you’ll eventually unlock missions that grant you the chance to make off with ‘Special’ vehicles – but taking these won’t be easy.

Rockstar explain:

These co-op based efforts … will require your Organization to deal with a range of SecuroServ operations and plenty of vehicular mayhem. Completing Special Vehicle missions opens up the ability to purchase these vehicles at a special SecuroServ trade price, and owning specific Special Vehicles also unlocks new VIP Work. These unique modes of transportation range from the armed and the armored, to the amphibious and the airborne, and will all be stored in the lower level of your Vehicle Warehouse.

There are eight new Special vehicles available: The BF Ramp Buggy, JoBuilt Phantom Edge, Karin Technical Aqua, Nagasaki Blazer Aqua, Brute Armored Boxville, MTL Wastelander, Imponte Ruiner 2000, and Coil Rocket Voltic.

In addition, expect two new Super-class cars (the Pegassi Tempesta and Ocelot Penetrator) and new upgrades – including the Principe Diablous Custom and Annis Elegy Retro Custom – are available.

As if this wasn’t enough, there’s also a new Adversary mode called Turf Wars coming to GTA V’s online mode as part of the update.

Here’s the official description:

Two to four teams strap themselves into a range of speedy vehicles and compete to control tiles. Drive over each tile to claim it with your team’s color while defending your turf from your foes, all while picking up strategically-located rockets in this new vehicular-themed Adversary Mode.

Import/Export is completely free to download, just like every other GTA Online expansion. It’s available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
