Hey GAF!

Mark Norris from Guerrilla here. I just wanted to let you all know (and hopefully a mod can put it in the OP) that we are targeting a 2016 release date.

In case you missed the game, it’s an action RPG set 1000 years in the future, long after us city types have all killed ourselves over parking tickets and who the best Kardashian is. You play as Aloy, a young huntress struggling to keep herself and her tribe alive in a landscape dominated by mechanized creatures, like robotic dinosaurs. Imagine a crossover between Last of Us, Monster Hunter and Final Fantasy and you’ll be somewhere in the ballpark.

Horizon Zero Dawn has been in development for nearly 4 years, beginning life shortly after Killzone 3 hit the shelves back in 2011. It is apparently still set for a 2016 release only on Playstation 4.
