Pokemon CompanyHold on to your Nostalgia Poke-fans, because the first full trailer for the modern CG remaster of Mewtwo strikes back has aired.
Since being teased last summer, we’ve hardly seen hair or hide (minus a short teaser) of the Pokemon
Company’s next big movie, Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution.
But now, we’ve only gone and got a whole whopping trailer to whet our appetites, haven’t we?! Check it out below.
As you can tell, the movie is looking markedly different from how we remember, taking full advantage of
modern day technology. But it’s safe to say the new look is splitting people’s opinions.

Of course Mewtwo Strikes Back isn’t the only Pokemon movie coming out this year, and the second trailer for Detective Pikachu dropped mere days before this one.
Whichever way you look at it, 2019 is certainly going to be the year of the Pikachu, and I for one
welcome our new electric mouse overlords.
