We’ve got some great news for those of you who can’t seem to let the 90’s go, as a brand new Power Rangers video game is apparently coming to PC and consoles this year.

ResetEra first spotted a leaked trailer for a game called Power Rangers: Battle For The Grid.  The trailer has since been taken down, but it definitely looked legitimate. Plus, as as rule of thumb, any time a trailer gets taken down it kind of implies that we definitely weren’t supposed to see it.

The game is apparently set to come PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch this April, with a PC release to follow soon after. It’s apparently being developed by nWay, the studio behind mobile game Power Rangers: Legacy Wars.

Based on the footage we saw (before it was taken down), there was a quick glimpse of the original series’ Red Ranger duking it out with the Green Ranger in what looks like a pretty cool Power Rangers themed beat ’em up.

The ResetEra thread also claims that those who preorder will get an exclusive Green Ranger V2 character skin and a digital art book. There’ll also be a special Digital Collector’s Edition, which contains the full game download, Season One Pass (which will include three new characters, their Arcade story, and a new warrior skin), and exclusive Lord Drakkon V2 and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Pink Ranger character skins.

If Power Rangers: Battle For The Grid does turn out to be legit (which I’m pretty certain it is), we’ll probably find out more soon, given the April release date and the fact that most of the information is now already out in the wild.
